The first phase of the survey process was a scientific sample created by sending surveys to selected households. With that process complete, now the survey is available to all residents interested in providing input.
Residents may complete this survey in one of three ways:
- Paper copies available at select Norfolk Public Library locations and rec centers. Either drop in the box or mail to ETC Institute. Postage paid envelopes will be available.
- Online at NorfolkSurvey.org.
- Call ETC at 888-801-5368.
Providing answers to the survey will help ensure the City’s priorities reflect the community’s needs and help us gauge the satisfaction with those services. Responses will help guide how our government operates and prioritizes resources.
