Santa Calling, Free!
James City County Parks & Recreation is offering families a fun night of Santa Calling on Tuesday, Dec. 8! We’re your connection for free “Phone Calls from Santa” for children ages 9 and younger living in James City County and Williamsburg. Special arrangements have been made with the North Pole for Santa and/or Mrs. Claus to personally call each child who returns their completed registration form by Tuesday, Dec. 1. The Claus’s will attempt to call children on Dec. 8 between 5:45-8 p.m.; however, specific call times cannot be guaranteed due to the couples holiday schedule. You can register online or pick up the form at the James City County Recreation Center, the Abram Frink Jr. Community Center, the Chickahominy Riverfront Park Office or theSatellite Services Office in Toano (sites appear below). Forms are also available in Spanish.
Breakfast(or Brunch) with Santa!
You and your family are invited to attend our annual pancake breakfast or brunch and a morning of “holly-day” cheer with Santa andMrs. Claus on Saturday, Dec. 12 at the James City County Recreation Center. To maintain social distancing, we’ve limited seating capacities and only families will be seated together. Maximum participation is 50 people per seating, so register early! The Breakfast seating is 8:30-10 a.m. and the Brunch seating is 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Registration is required by Dec.1, unless seating fills earlier. Please register everyone who is attending (adults and children) to ensure their seat. Registration is $12/person for ages 3 & older; ages 2 and & younger are free and includes a special gift for each attendee. Meals are plated. Socially distanced photo opportunities available.
